Terms of Service

1. Service
FirstCall California, operated by Wes One Enterprises, provides business-to-business sales intelligence based on public records, third-party sources, and research regarding businesses that may be opening, relocating, expanding, or otherwise entering a potential purchasing window. Information is provided for prospecting and business-development purposes.
2. No guarantee of accuracy or sales results
FirstCall California makes reasonable efforts to provide useful information, but does not guarantee that every item is complete, current, error-free, or that a listed business will open, purchase services, respond to outreach, or become a customer. Subscribers remain responsible for independently verifying information before relying on it.
3. Subscription and recurring billing
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the disclosed monthly price until canceled. By purchasing, the customer authorizes recurring charges to the payment method provided. Pricing, renewal cadence, and any introductory pricing will be shown at checkout.
4. Cancellation
Monthly subscriptions may be canceled before the next renewal. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation stops future renewal charges and access continues through the current paid billing period. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly approved by FirstCall California.
5. Acceptable use and redistribution
FirstCall materials are licensed for the subscriber's internal sales and business-development use. Subscribers may use individual opportunities for their own outreach, but may not resell, republish, scrape, sublicense, or distribute FirstCall reports or databases as a competing product without written permission.
6. Subscriber responsibilities
Subscribers are responsible for complying with applicable outreach, privacy, telemarketing, email, licensing, and other laws when contacting prospects identified through FirstCall.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FirstCall California will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees paid by the customer to FirstCall California during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Changes
FirstCall California may update the service or these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
